The purpose of this policy is to inform you about the online tracking technologies, such as cookies, pixels, Flash objects, web beacons, embedded scripts, mobile SDKs, location-identifying technologies, and similar technologies we use when you visit or access our Websites and Apps, read our communications or otherwise engage with us and/or our third-party partners and that we use to gather information about you to enhance your use of our Websites and Apps and serve you with content of interest to you.
WHAT ARE ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
Online tracking technologies, like cookies, are small files or software that can be stored on your computer (or on other devices with internet access, such as a smartphone or tablet) when you visit a website or mobile application.
These online tracking technologies can be used to gather personal data about you and/or your device, your geolocation and other details regarding your interactions with our Websites and Apps, such as your browser type, and time and date you visited the Website or App. For additional information on our collection of personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
Cookies specifically are categorized as essential, functional, performance, or targeting.

HOW DO WE USE ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We use online tracking technologies to make our Websites and Apps easier to use and to better tailor our services and materials to your interests and needs. We also use them to improve the speed of your future activities and sessions on our Website and Apps; for example, we may use the online tracking technologies to save your login information or language preferences.
We also use non-cookie storage in two ways. First, as an essential use, to keep track of who the current user is, so our system can consistently identify them during their session. Second, as a functional use, to store basic user preferences (for example, whether they want their default view to be the “For You” feed or the “Following” feed) so we can tailor the experience to their choices. Identifying the current user persists until the user logs out or clears their browser history, while preference settings are retained unless the user clears their browser history.
Along with our advertising partners, we may also use the online tracking technologies to conduct interest-based advertising to market certain products and/or services we think may be of interest to you. The online tracking technologies can be used to measure the effectiveness of a particular advertisement campaign, including by gathering analytics and other metrics regarding your use of our Website and Apps and/or your interactions with certain advertisements both on our Website and Apps and on other websites and applications.
To learn more about interest-based advertising and how you may be able to opt out please visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s online resources, at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices, and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) at www.aboutads.info/choices.
WHAT ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES DO WE USE?
We use a combination of first-party and third-party online tracking technologies on our Websites and Apps. First-party online tracking technologies are set directly by us while third-party online tracking technologies are set by our partners and service providers with our permission (and yours where required).
We use the following online tracking technologies on our Websites and Apps:

We work with the following third-party service partners to set online tracking technologies that allow us to advertise our products and services.
- Google Analytics and Advertising: We use Google Analytics to recognize you and link the devices you use when you visit our Websites and Apps on your browser or mobile device, log in to your account, or otherwise engage with us. We share a unique identifier, like a user ID or hashed email address, with Google to facilitate the service. Google Analytics allows us to better understand how our users interact with our Website and Apps and to tailor our advertisements and content to you. For information on how Google Analytics collects and processes data, as well as how you can control information sent to Google, review Google’s site “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps” located at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You can learn about Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs, including the Google Analytics Browser Ad-On here https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/. We may also utilize certain forms of display advertising and other advanced features through Google Analytics, such as Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. These features enable us to use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick advertising cookie) or other third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and display ads based on your past visits to the Service. You may control your advertising preferences or opt-out of certain Google advertising products by visiting the Google Ads Preferences Manager, currently available at https://google.com/ads/preferences, or by visiting NAI’s online resources at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices.

HOW CAN I MANAGE ONLINE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
You can delete online tracking technologies, including cookies, from your device by clearing your browser history. This will delete all online tracking technologies from all websites and applications you have visited since you last cleared your browser history. You can also set your browser to prevent certain online tracking technologies from being placed on your device. To learn more, please see the links below:
You may also be able to limit interest-based advertising through the settings on your mobile device by selecting “limit ad tracking” (iOS) or “opt-out of interest-based ads” (Android). You may also be able to opt-out of some – but not all – interest-based ads served by mobile ad networks by visiting http://youradchoices.com/appchoices and downloading the mobile AppChoices app. You may be able to limit the use of location data for advertising purposes by adjusting your location services settings on your mobile device. Some of these opt-outs may not be effective unless your browser is set to accept cookies. If you delete cookies, change your browser settings, switch browsers or computers, or use another operating system, you may need to opt-out again.
Please note, if you disable the use of online tracking technologies on our Websites or Apps, this may affect your experience using them.
