If you do not have access to your account, no worries - resetting your credentials is simple! Click here and follow the steps below:
Reset Your Password: From the Sign In page, select “Forgot Username or Password.” You can then request a password reset link to be sent to the email or phone number associated with your account.
Recover Your Username: If you need to recover your username, you can request a message containing all associated usernames to be sent to your email or phone number.
Important: If you haven’t verified the email used during account creation, you won’t be able to use it for username or password recovery. In the event of our emails being filtered into your spam folder, please whitelist our address.
If you are currently logged into your account and wish to update your password, please follow the instructions below:
Open your settings/prefrences.
- If you are on a mobile device, tap on your profile picture in the top left corner to access sidebar and select Prefrences.
- If you are using a laptop or tablet, navigate to the sidebar and click Settings.
Under the Security section, select Change Password.
Finalizing your changes.
- In the first text field, type in your current password.
- In the second text field, type in your new password. Note: Passwords must be 8 characters or longer, contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and must not match any previously used passwords.
- Select Save Changes.
